How buying works

Starts at first run. When it ends, the console keeps working and stops doing the Pro things until a key is added. Nothing is deleted.
Verified offline.
A signed statement: your email, how many humans may sign in, the plan, when it was issued. Verified on your machine with the public key built into the console. It arrives by email within a minute and goes in under Settings › Licence.
Within 14 days.
No questions. Checkout is by Paddle, the merchant of record, which handles tax and invoices.

Teams
More than one human.
Pro covers multi-seat routing, roles and SSO. A key states how many humans may sign in. Team members carry work out of the project bin with the Team app on Android. Questions by email to support@soloinc.ai. No sales calls, no meetings.
Viewer, Operator, Asset Owner, Steward, Admin and the Human. The server refuses below the minimum before any handler runs; the page hides the controls a role may not press. People are added under Settings › Users with an email, a role and the cells they may see, and sign in with Google or Microsoft over OpenID Connect.

What happens when the trial ends?
The console keeps working and stops doing the Pro things until a key is added: the map, the pipelines, the Desk, the sandbox and the records carry on. Nothing is deleted.
Can I buy for two humans?
Yes. A key states how many humans may sign in. Roles and SSO are in Pro, so the second human gets a role and a sign-in of their own.
Does the key phone home?
No. The key is a signed statement verified on your machine with the public key built into the console. Nothing phones home.
What about the API switch?
Off by default. When you turn it on, metered providers bill your own account with your own key; 8086 LLC is not in that transaction. Until then, workloads run on your seat and local engines, and nothing is metered.
Refunds?
Within 14 days, no questions, through Paddle, which handles the invoice and the refund.
